The Journey of Science Engineering to MUA

It was really important to me to add this Computer Business Science and Digital Marketing Program to my education because we have entered the digital era and business owners are now finding it imperative more than ever to integrate with their businesses. I like to think ahead even when it doesn’t make sense to others and I presume this because I see myself expanding my online business and my brand into an actual brick and mortar. My next step is to create a make-up bar/spa that would house my products and pamper my clients with a full experience from facials to glam makeup. It was really important to me to integrate all my experience for the past decade of my career and to continue to build on top of that. I chose to make educational moves that aligned with those bigger goals that could help me sustain my career and put all my education to use!

A lot of people don’t know but I also received a scholarship from the Air Force to get educated in IT In the middle of doing my program with UNLV, It was a huge undertaking especially because I completed that program for IT during an extremely high-risk pregnancy with my daughter, But I was fighting for her and staying strong through all the adversity for a bigger picture. Again, this may not have made any sense to people around me but the bigger picture was for me to educate myself to be a well-rounded business owner and entrepreneur. I am now set up to be able to not only digitally market my own business and understand my insights for my business but also solve any IT issues at pop-up locations and eventually, my Glam Bar!
